Nada, a Dallas, TX-based funding tech platform that bridges owners and traders by house fairness, secured a seed extension funding of undisclosed quantity.

Backers included repeat traders LiveOak Ventures and 7BC Enterprise Capital.

Led by newly appointed CEO and President Tore Steen, Nada is another asset funding and finance platform, making house fairness market accessible to particular person traders and owners. As the primary firm certified by the SEC to difficulty city-specific shares of house fairness, Nada’s Cityfunds product supplies traders with direct entry to the house fairness market. By investing within the fairness of properties, Nada is offering owners with instant liquidity with out the burden of added debt or month-to-month funds.

John Inexperienced, Nada’s Co-founder and present CEO, will transition to the position of Chief Working Officer (COO).
