MiQ to Acquire Pathlabs

MiQ, a London, UK-based world programmatic media associate, introduced plans to accumulate Pathlabs, a Missoula, Montana-based Media Execution Associate (MEP) that gives end-to-end digital media execution companies to impartial businesses.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

Based in 2021 and led by William Lapointe, CEO, Pathlabs is a Media Execution Associate (MEP) that gives end-to-end digital media execution companies to impartial businesses. The corporate delivers service-based options and handles all of the planning, execution, optimization, analytics, and reporting for businesses.

The acquisition of its enterprise will give alternatives for midsize impartial businesses by combining MiQ’s expertise and partnerships with Pathlab’s understanding of this market. Including to MiQ’s intensive presence with key holding corporations, the introduction of Pathlabs now gives the chance to ship programmatic capabilities to shoppers of all sizes throughout the U.S.

Led by Co-CEOs Charlie Neer, and Erin Madorsky, MiQ is a tech-enabled programmatic media associate for entrepreneurs and businesses. They’re specialists in information science, analytics, and programmatic buying and selling. MiQ operates globally from 18 workplaces positioned throughout North America, Europe, and APAC.

The acquisition of Pathlabs follows MiQ’s earlier offers together with Grasp, Samba, and AirGrid.
