LumApps, an Austin, TX-based supplier of an intranet platform, merged with Beekeeper, a supplier of a mobile-first platform for frontline groups.

The transaction backed by Bridgepoint values the mixed firm at greater than $1 Billion and can create the primary AI-powered Worker Hub.

Led by CEO Cris Grossmann, Beekeeper empowers frontline companies and staff with digital options that join them to the instruments, processes, and programs they should do their finest work.

LumApps specialises in AI-driven intranet options for desk-based groups, whereas Beekeeper focuses on mobile-first frontline staff in industries akin to manufacturing, retail and hospitality. Collectively, they’ll ship complete workforce protection throughout industries and areas, enabling unprecedented cross-selling, scaled distribution and accelerated innovation.

Led by CEO Sébastien Ricard, LumApps is an intranet that enhances communication, boosts productiveness, and drives progress. Integrating with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, LumApps centralizes communications, HR sources, and enterprise purposes into a contemporary, AI-powered worker hub. It has over 6 million customers and clients like Ascension Well being, Zapier, and Real Components Firm.
