Lorikeet, a Sydney, Australia-based firm that helps companies create common AI concierges for his or her prospects, raised $35M in Collection A funding.
The spherical was led by speed up product growth and go-to-market efforts.
The corporate intends to make use of the funds to QED Buyers with participation from Blackbird, Sq. Peg, Skip Capital, Capital49, Operator Companions, Airtree, and Athletic Ventures.
Led by CEO Steve Hind, Lorikeet builds AI-powered buyer concierges that resolve actual issues, not simply reply questions. Designed for corporations that need to transfer past scripts and self-serve flows, its omnichannel concierges could make selections, take actions, and resolve advanced buyer points throughout chat, electronic mail, and voice.
The corporate already counts a number of unicorns amongst its prospects throughout the US, Europe, and Australia, together with Airwallex, Linktree, Flex, Eucalyptus, and extra.
Lorikeet has now raised over $50M in funding so far.
