Liquid AI unveils LEAP and Apollo to slash cloud dependence in edge AI deployments

Liquid AI introduced the launch of its Liquid Edge-AI Platform (LEAP) v0 final week, enabling builders to deploy AI on native units like smartphones, laptops, and vehicles with out counting on cloud infrastructure.

The corporate additionally unveiled Apollo, a light-weight iOS-native app powered by LEAP, providing personal, safe, and low-latency AI interactions instantly on units. LEAP simplifies edge AI deployment with a small language mannequin (SLM) library and platform-agnostic instruments, requiring solely 10 traces of code for integration.

A couple of weeks in the past Liquid AI launched Liquid Basis Fashions (LFM2), that are sooner, extra energy-efficient, and optimized for resource-constrained eventualities in comparison with conventional transformer-based fashions.
