LightEdge expands colocation and cloud solutions with acquisition of Connectria

In a bid to increase colocation and personal cloud options, LightEdge, a supplier of safe cloud and colocation, has entered into an settlement to amass Connectria, a supplier of multi-cloud infrastructure and managed internet hosting options.

With the deal, Connectria is ready so as to add six knowledge heart places to LightEdge’s current footprint of 12 interconnected services throughout eight U.S. markets. The transaction is ready to shut earlier than the top of April, 2024, with this being LightEdge’s fourth since its GI Companions’ funding in 2021.

Connectria CEO Amar Patel says LightEdge supplies an ideal match for Connectria. “Each LightEdge and Connectria have established themselves as profitable, fast-growing innovators that put safety first inside their product units,” he provides.

Based on LightEdge, the acquisition is the newest demonstration of the corporate’s position within the knowledge heart and cloud infrastructure sector.
