Legrand has introduced the acquisitions of two new corporations – one inside the knowledge centre sector, and the second within the cabling business.

UPSistemas, which is predicated in Bogota, Colombia, specialises within the integration, upkeep and monitoring of technical infrastructures, specifically for knowledge centres. Using greater than 300 individuals, UPSistemas experiences an annual income of round €30 million.

Following Legrand’s acquisitions of Netrack, Davenham and Vass, UPSistemas marks the corporate’s fourth acquisition this 12 months inside the knowledge centre sector.

Australian Plastic Profiles (APP) is a cable administration specialist based mostly in Sydney, using round 250 individuals with an annual income of over €100 million. In accordance with Legrand, this acquisition will see the corporate double its presence in Australia.
