Lava Payments Raises $5.8M in Seed Funding

Lava Payments, a US-based digital pockets firm, raised $5.8m in seed funding.

The spherical was led by Lerer Hippeau, with participation from Harlem Capital, Streamlined Ventures, and Westbound.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to broaden oeprations and its improvement efforts.

Led by Mitchell Jones, Lava is advancing a wallet-based cost system that enables AI firms to monetize — by credit, utilization, subscriptions, or hybrid pricing. The platform allows groups to situation credit, observe consumption, and course of funds, all with minimal integration effort. It mechanically handles pockets creation, funding, and cross-platform utilization.
