Integrity360 acquires Adsigo – Data Centre Review

Integrity360 has acquired European PCI and cybersecurity providers firm Adsigo. 

The acquisition will allow Integrity360 to develop additional into continental Europe and convey extra assets to the corporate’s current PCI and cyber safety compliance groups.

Adsigo was based in 2013, and serves clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It operates as one of many main Certified Safety Assessor (QSA) organisations in Europe.

Integrity360 will put money into Adsigo to develop into a regional hub for the total suite of Integrity360 providers in 2025, together with the addition of a brand new Safety Operations Centre primarily based in Germany.

The phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
