Innovative Motion Technologies, a Germantown, WI-based industrial expertise platform specializing in interface and management options, introduced the acquisition of Test Expertise, a Troy, MI-based firm which focuses on versatile heating techniques.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition enhances IMT’s strategic place within the healthcare, agriculture, and off-road car markets.

Based in 1993, Test Expertise designs, manufactures, and markets heating and management techniques tailor-made to satisfy the wants of seating and different purposes throughout a large number of industries. With full-scale manufacturing in Troy, Michigan, the corporate has been a participant in American-made management modules since its founding.

Led by CEO Wealthy Weeden, Revolutionary Movement Applied sciences (IMT) is a supplier of an industrial expertise platform and a designer and provider of interface and controls options throughout a diversified set of OEM and aftermarket purposes. The corporate operates underneath two manufacturers, Raffel Methods and Micro-Air.

  • Raffel Methods focuses on electro-mechanical controls for residential, healthcare, industrial, cinema, and hospitality markets.
  • Micro-Air focuses on environmental controls for residential, leisure car, HVAC, and marine purposes.
