InfraVia Weighing Sale of Swiss Data Center Operator Green

InfraVia Weighing Sale of Swiss Data Center Operator Green

(Bloomberg) — French personal fairness agency InfraVia Capital Companions is contemplating a sale of Swiss knowledge heart operator Inexperienced, in accordance with folks with information of the matter. 

InfraVia is working with advisers on the potential divestment, which may worth the corporate at about €1 billion ($1.1 billion), mentioned the folks, who requested to not be recognized as the data is personal. 

Deliberations are at an early stage and InfraVia may resolve towards a sale, mentioned the folks. A spokesman for InfraVia declined to remark. A consultant for Inexperienced didn’t reply to a request for remark. 

Inexperienced at the moment operates knowledge facilities at 4 places in Switzerland, its website reveals. It’s constructing two different high-performance knowledge facilities, that are scheduled to go into operation in 2026.

InfraVia purchased the information heart supplier from Altice in a transaction that valued the enterprise at an enterprise worth of about 214 million Swiss francs ($248 million) in 2018, in accordance with a statement on the time.
