incident.io Raises $62M in Series B Funding

incident.io, a London, UK- and San Francisco, CA-based incident administration platform supplier, raised $62m in Collection B funding.

The spherical was led by Perception Companions with continued help from Index Ventures and Level 9 Capital, brings the corporate’s whole funding to over $96m.

The corporate will use the funding to:

  • scale engineering groups in London and San Francisco
  • increase world go-to-market efforts by rising the gross sales group, investing in buyer success, and amplifying advertising efforts.

Based in 2021 and led by Stephen Whitworth, CEO, incident.io helps engineering groups coordinate, talk, and be taught from high-stakes software program outages. incident.io already makes use of AI to automate time-intensive duties like note-taking, stay updates, and post-incident write-ups. It covers the complete incident lifecycle, from on-call and real-time coordination to decision and postmortems, with integrations into instruments like Slack, Microsoft Groups, Linear, and GitHub, and a weekly delivery cadence pushed by buyer suggestions.

This elevate follows substantial product growth over the previous 12 months, together with the launch of incident.io On-call, an alternative choice to legacy paging instruments.

The platform has powered over 250,000 incidents and is utilized by elite engineering groups at corporations like Netflix, Linear, Ramp, and Etsy.
