Illumio and Armis strengthen partnership to enhance IT/OT security

Illumio has expanded its partnership with Armis to boost safety in IT and operational expertise (OT) environments. The collaboration combines capabilities from each platforms to deal with cyber dangers throughout related environments.

The partnership brings collectively Illumio’s platform, together with Illumio Insights and Illumio Segmentation, with Armis’ Cyber Publicity Administration Platform. The combination is designed to enhance menace detection and help resilience in programs which may be uncovered to assaults.

Key parts of the mixing embrace:

  • Complete Asset Visibility: Armis offers system discovery and classification throughout IT, OT, and IoT property. This data is shared with the Illumio Platform to help visibility and mapping.
  • Threat Prioritisation: Utilizing intelligence from Armis, Illumio Insights can determine and advocate high-impact segmentation alternatives.
  • Dynamic Containment: By way of microsegmentation, Illumio can restrict lateral motion when anomalies are detected by Armis.
  • SOC Integration: The combination helps workflows throughout SOC environments, together with SIEM and SOAR instruments, to streamline menace investigation processes.

The partnership helps a Zero Belief method throughout IT, OT, and IoT environments. It goals to strengthen safety frameworks and scale back breach influence whereas supporting compliance with requirements similar to NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and NIST 800-82.

Along with technical integration, Illumio and Armis are aligning their go-to-market methods to broaden availability of Zero Belief options. The collaboration is offered globally for purchasers and companions.
