HPE Aruba is increasing the capabilities of Networking Central, its cloud-based administration platform for administering and managing all elements of an Aruba wired and wi-fi buyer infrastructure. Among the many upgrades are an improved community machine configuration engine, expanded community observability options, and a broader menu of AI-generated, community skilled and tuned optimization fashions.

To ease the customarily tedious job of community and machine configuration, the machine administration bundle in HPE Aruba Networking Central now features a widespread configuration mannequin that simplifies Aruba’s wired, wi-fi, and gateway configuration duties by letting clients construct instruments with Python, Ansible, or Terraform, in response to Alan Ni, senior director of edge advertising and marketing for HPE Aruba. It additionally features a menu of greater than 90 new APIs clients can set up from a single console, Ni stated.

“We assist tons of various community parts, from switches and routers to IoT gadgets, and that requires clients to configure every household of gadgets individually, which implies three totally different APIs to put in writing to and three totally different pushes to replace and provision these machine courses throughout the community,” Ni stated. “Now we’ve collapsed that down [so users can update] these gadgets from a single API. And now, from a single push, we will provision every part, which reduces configuration errors and eases administration of various machine varieties throughout the enterprise.”
