Gravitee, a Denver, CO-based agentic API and occasion administration firm, acquired Ambassador Labs, a Boston, MA-based supplier of developer instruments for cloud-native software supply on Kubernetes.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Gravitee will increase its capabilities and develop its North American footprint via two key merchandise:
- Edge Stack: A Kubernetes-native ingress and API gateway;
- Blackbird: An AI-powered API design device that helps groups go from immediate to ruled, agent-ready APIs in seconds.
