Grammarly to Acquire Superhuman

Grammarly, a San Francisco, CA-based supplier of an AI assistant for communication and productiveness, is to accumulate Superhuman, an AI-native e-mail app that helps customers reply quicker.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition accelerates Grammarly’s evolution into an AI productiveness platform for apps and brokers. Superhuman will probably be mixed with the corporate’s latest Coda acquisition, which gives a workspace for managing brokers to analysis, analyze, create, collaborate, and share data.

Led by Rahul Vohra, CEO, Superhuman is an AI-native productive e-mail app that enables customers to collaborate quicker and get extra carried out.

Led by Shishir Mehrotra, CEO, Grammarly is an AI assistant for communication and productiveness, serving to over 40 million individuals and 50,000 organizations do their work. Corporations like Atlassian, Databricks, and Zoom use it to brainstorm, compose, and improve communication that strikes work ahead. Grammarly integrates with over 500,000 purposes and web sites.
