Google introduced a $1 billion funding to broaden its Virginia knowledge facilities together with two Loudoun County websites and a newly opened Prince William County campus, Friday. 

Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin joined Google President/CEO Ruth Porat on the firm’s Reston headquarters to announce the initiative. The transfer brings Google’s complete funding within the state to greater than $4.2 billion.

The D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse College was one of many fund’s first recipients.
