Giga Computing, a subsidiary of GIGABYTE Group, has introduced the XL44-SX2-AAS1 – an Nvidia RTX Professional Server that mixes as much as eight Nvidia RTX Professional 6000 Blackwell Server Version GPUs with an Nvidia BlueField-3 DPU and 4 Nvidia ConnectX-8 SuperNICs to deal with inference, simulation and different data-heavy AI workloads.

The system follows Nvidia’s MGX modular reference design and is pitched at enterprises seeking to consolidate compute and networking for multi-GPU coaching and inference. Every RTX Professional 6000 Blackwell Server Version GPU carries 96GB of GDDR7 reminiscence, whereas BlueField-3 gives 400Gb/s of data-plane bandwidth to speed up entry to storage and implement runtime safety.

Specs and software program

GPUs: As much as 8x Nvidia RTX Professional 6000 Blackwell Server Version (96GB GDDR7 every).

Networking: 4x Nvidia ConnectX-8 SuperNICs supporting 8 PCIe Gen6 x16 GPU channels, as much as 800Gb/s InfiniBand or Ethernet per GPU, plus 2×400GbE exterior hyperlinks for east-west visitors and GPU-to-GPU communication.

DPU: Nvidia BlueField-3 at 400Gb/s for offloaded networking, storage and safety.

Platform: Twin Intel Xeon 6700/6500-series CPUs, 32 DDR5 DIMMs, and three+1 redundant 3,200W 80 PLUS Titanium energy provides for twenty-four/7 operation.

On the software program aspect, the server is pre-integrated with Nvidia AI Enterprise, together with Nvidia NIM microservices, with assist for Nvidia Omniverse libraries for digital twins and Nvidia Cosmos world basis fashions to increase workflows from simulation to ‘bodily AI’. The system helps Home windows, Linux, Kubernetes and virtualisation to drop into current x86 information centres with out wholesale infrastructure adjustments.

Giga Computing says the platform covers workloads spanning AI brokers and reasoning, inference, scientific computing, 3D simulations and video processing. The agency additionally claims as much as 5x AI inference efficiency beneficial properties versus the prior technology, positioning the field to be used instances similar to sensible manufacturing, monetary modelling, medical analysis, 3D content material creation and huge language mannequin inference.
