Exoticca Receives Additional €25M Venture Debt Facility from BBVA Spark

Exoticca, a Barcelona, Spain-based supplier of a journey tech platform for multi-day tour packages, raised further €25M in Enterprise Debt Facility from BBVA Spark.

This new funding complemented its current €60M Collection D fairness spherical led by Quadrille Capital with the participation of recent buyers corresponding to Acurio ICF, and current buyers, together with 14W, Mangrove, Bonsai, Sabadell and Aldea, bringing the entire funding from this spherical to €85M.

The corporate intends to allocate the quantity to consolidate its place and its improvement efforts.

Led by CEO Pere Vallès, Exoticca is creating superior AI algorithms to interconnect all elements in related journeys to synchronize companies, personalize journey suggestions, optimize pricing methods and automate advanced itinerary creation. These improvements will allow extra exact matching of vacationers with their splendid locations and experiences with an end-to-end buyer expertise, whereas concurrently enhancing the effectivity of its operations and strengthening relationships with native companions worldwide.

Exoticca is at the moment current in a number of markets, together with the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Colombia and Mexico.
