Telecommunications and networking supplier Ericsson just lately launched its generative AI-based digital assistant that makes use of massive language mannequin (LLM) expertise to learn, perceive, and generate new content material to supply personalised solutions for community operators configuring wi-fi 5G networks, troubleshooting issues, and creating insurance policies.

Ericsson’s AI-based NetCloud Assistant, or ANA, is LLM-based and gives concise responses and summaries to queries utilizing data gathered from a number of sources. ANA gives productiveness enhancements because it gathers data throughout technical paperwork and insights from the community surroundings to supply contextualized, particular responses. This reduces the necessity for community directors to manually collect and correlate the identical data to discover a decision, Ericsson says.
