Led by Scott Sellers, Robert Brown, and Kate Wallman, Managing Directors, Encore Consumer Capital targets companies with between $10M and $150M in annual revenues where the firm’s expertise in strategy development, brand marketing, manufacturing and supply chain optimization, and distribution expansion can drive performance.
The firm has raised over $900M in committed capital and invested in over 38 companies in the sector. Its current and prior investments include food and beverage manufacturers and marketers, pet products companies, personal care/beauty companies, and food distribution companies.
Fund IV current investments include Banneton Bakery, Twang, and General Produce.
