Egregious Raises $1M in Pre-Seed Funding

Egregious, a London, UK-based supplier of an evaluation platform to defend people from AI misuse, raised $1M in Pre-Seed funding.

The spherical was co-led by Gas Ventures and Oxford Capital.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to speed up its product growth and scale its human AI platform.

Led by CEO and Founder Rupert Small, Egregious is a supplier of an evaluation platform which has developed AI-ready social media intelligence instruments and narrative intelligence options to detect and counter the misuse of AI in opposition to people. It goals to assist organisations throughout essential sectors similar to the general public sector and NGO, finance and company safety, media, communications and advertising and marketing, to counter AI-powered deception, disinformation, misinformation and polarisation.
