Sweden-based Schooling First (EF), the world’s largest schooling firm, partnered with Alibaba Cloud to run Salesforce as an SaaS throughout China, enhancing latency, stability, and price effectivity. This collaboration permits EF to streamline its digital infrastructure, improve integration, and meet native compliance necessities, empowering workers with secure entry to vital platforms.

Alibaba Cloud’s expansive infrastructure additionally helps EF localize its advertising and marketing methods, leveraging channels like WeChat and SMS to effectively roll out campaigns. What started as a CRM-focused initiative expanded to incorporate Alibaba Cloud’s net functions, serverless know-how, advertising and marketing automation, and knowledge stack, making a unified, cost-effective resolution tailor-made to China’s distinctive digital ecosystem.

This partnership wouldn’t solely help EF’s 30+ years of operations in China but in addition optimize gross sales and advertising and marketing effectiveness by lowering acquisition prices by Alibaba’s buyer knowledge platform (CDP) and automation options. Collectively, they’re driving EF’s continued development within the Chinese language market.
