
DG Matrix, a Raleigh, NC-based developer of an influence router platform, raised $20M in funding.
The spherical was led by Clear Power Ventures with participation from trade leaders ABB, Cerberus Ventures, Chevron Expertise Ventures; and Piedmont Capital. The spherical, mixed with earlier non-dilutive funding, brings DG Matrix’s whole funding to almost $30m. Following the financing, Vlatko Vlatkovic, Clear Power Ventures’ Enterprise Associate and former CTO of GE Energy Conversion, will be part of the DG Matrix Board of Administrators.

Led by CEO Haroon Inam, DG Matrix gives an influence router platform that delivers versatile options to reinforce power efficiency whereas assuaging grid constraints and lowering power prices. The answer integrates a number of AC and DC power sources and masses concurrently changing 10-20 electrical programs.
The corporate is engaged with clients throughout a number of market segments and has a pipeline with tens of tens of millions in buy orders for 2025 and 2026.
