DataVolt, a developer, investor, and operator of sustainable digital infrastructure, and The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Expertise Zones (MODON) have agreed land lease phrases for the event of a state-of-the-art AI-Prepared information heart in Riyadh. The 55,000 sq. meter plot is positioned in east Riyadh’s First Expertise Park. The information heart facility can be designed for superior AI processing and can serve rising demand from hyperscalers, cloud and content material suppliers, and enterprises within the KSA.

DataVolt will construct a sustainable information heart facility on the plot with cutting-edge cooling methods, and with an advance circularity method. The information heart facility may even be powered by optimized power options.
