Crestchic has introduced the launch of its 600kW Liquid Cooled Loadbank. The product marks a big development in commissioning know-how for the quickly increasing liquid-cooled knowledge centre market.

As rack energy densities proceed to rise, operators are more and more deploying liquid cooling applied sciences to handle thermal masses extra effectively. The necessity for precision commissioning instruments has by no means been larger. Crestchic’s new 600kW Liquid Cooled Loadbank has been purpose-built to satisfy this problem, delivering correct thermal validation and precision electrical testing of liquid-cooled infrastructure at scale.

Objective-built for the trendy knowledge centre

The 600kW Loadbank delivers as much as 648kW at 415V and has been engineered for the rigours of real-world knowledge centre commissioning.

On the coronary heart of the brand new platform is secure ΔT thermal management to ±0.5°C, enabling extremely repeatable validation and precision electrical testing of liquid-cooled infrastructure. The unit maintains temperature accuracy to ±0.5°C no matter move variation, giving engineers the repeatability and confidence they want throughout crucial testing actions. Complete system safety covers move, stress, overload/underload, and thermal shock, safeguarding each the load financial institution and the infrastructure it’s related to.

The 600kW platform contains a single-vessel structure, eliminating the necessity for multi-vessel configurations usually used at this energy stage. The result’s a considerably smaller footprint, making the unit simpler to place in space-constrained plant rooms. The compact design additionally simplifies transport, storage, and on-site dealing with. With a stackable construction, flush-mounted connections, heavy-duty castors and dual-side forklift pockets, the unit has been engineered for sensible deployment on stay challenge websites and will be transported double stacked inside a regular top ISO delivery container.

Superior management and reporting with VCS

The 600kW platform integrates with Crestchic’s VCS software program, offering a complete digital dashboard with stay provide and hydraulic instrumentation knowledge. The software program helps real-time monitoring, computerized load profiling and clustering of as much as 240 load banks for hybrid air-cooled and liquid-cooled check configurations. Automated compliance reporting by way of the Crestchic Portal gives audit-ready documentation aligned with key business requirements together with ISO 8528-5/22514, NEMA MG1, EN60150, IEEE 141 and ASHRAE G22 requirements.

“The transfer towards liquid cooling is accelerating as rack densities enhance, notably with AI and high-performance computing workloads,” explains Paul Brickman, Business Director at Crestchic.

“Our new 600kW Liquid Cooled Loadbank has been designed from the bottom as much as serve this market, giving commissioning engineers the precision, reliability and management they should deliver crucial infrastructure on-line with confidence.”

The 600kW Liquid Cooled Loadbank is on the market for each sale and rental by Crestchic’s world community of places of work throughout the UK, Eire, Singapore, Germany, Belgium, France, China, and UAE.
