Corlytics, a Dublin, Eire-based firm which speicliazes in regulatory intelligence and coverage compliance expertise, has acquired a digital RegTech platform from Deloitte UK.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Corlytics will develop its choices.
