The spherical was led by SP Ventures, with participation from Angel Ventures, The Yield Lab Latam, Eqwow Ventures, Glocal Managers, Mercy Corps Ventures, and others.
The corporate intends to make use of the funds to develop operations and its growth efforts.
Led by Francisco Meré, Blooms focuses on AI-driven commerce finance, funds, and FX options for Latin American produce exporters supplying the US and Canadian markets. It leverages AI to supply quick entry to working capital, simplify cross-border transactions, and supply tailor-made FX options.
