BeatGig, a NYC-based expertise firm offering a SaaS platform for reserving, managing, and selling dwell leisure at native venues, acquired a strategic funding from John Hinshaw and Peter D. Kiernan III.
The quantity of the deal, which introduced the overall capita raised to $5M, was not disclosed.
Each Hinshaw and Kiernan will be part of BeatGig’s Board of Administrators.
The corporate intends to make use of the funds to develop operations and its growth efforts.
Led by CEO Tim Mulligan, BeatGig is a supplier of an working system for dwell leisure. It has established itself as a companion to venues and artists nationwide, with over 40,000 concert events booked on its platform since 2021.
