Miami, FL-based Atlas VMS introduced the acquisition of AIM-Port, an Annapolis, MD-based supplier of an order administration platform.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
The AIM-Port platform will proceed to function independently from Atlas’s core valuation administration enterprise. Atlas will retain the whole AIM-Port group to make sure continuity and protect the platform’s service.
AIM-Port delivers options for contemporary appraisal administration. Initially in-built 2013 by Appraisal Logistics for inside use, it has grown right into a platform processing over 500,000 orders for 200+ shoppers. In 2020, it was launched as a stand-alone product, bringing its reliability and efficiency to the broader market.
