Apkudo, a Baltimore, MD-based company which specialises in supply chain automation for connected devices, acquired Mobile reCell, a Fishers, IN-based provider of software-driven IT asset recovery for corporate-owned IT assets.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Apkudo will advance its ability to deliver new levels of sophistication for collaboration, innovation, and transparency across the value chain through its Circular Industry Platform.
