alteva Raises €1.7M in Pre-Seed Funding

alteva, a Cologne, Germany-based battery startup, raised €1.7M in Pre-Seed funding.

The spherical was led by HTGF with participation from UnternehmerTUM Funding for Innovators, NRW.BANK and angel traders.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to finish prototype improvement. Following profitable trials with pilot prospects, collection manufacturing is projected throughout the subsequent two to a few years.

Based by Ida Milow and Aiko Bernehed, alteva develops battery cells for the decarbonisation of the worldwide transport sector. Constructing on the analysis work of the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) and with the help of famend traders, it goals to make a decisive contribution to the electrification of aviation, long-distance and heavy items transport.
