Advanced Recycling Technologies Holdings, a Flemington, NJ-based firm that designs, installs, owns, and operates distributed metals restoration programs, obtained a progress funding from Ember Infrastructure.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to scale its metals restoration and recycling platform.

Based in 2022 by Steve Bossotti and Robert Blenden, ART designs, installs, owns, and operates distributed programs which are co-located with waste stream property to get better and monetize incremental, high-value metals. Its programs present upstream asset homeowners with the twin advantage of lowered waste volumes and the restoration of incremental recycled metals for added revenues, all whereas enhancing their sustainability profile by elevated recycling of recovered metallic supplies for decrease carbon metals refining and manufacturing as in contrast with using virgin mined supplies.

The corporate owns three working metals restoration property, comprised of an ASR tailings restoration challenge positioned at a metallic recycling web site within the Mid-Atlantic area; a WTE ash restoration challenge in Kent County, Michigan, in partnership with Kent County, by its Division of Public Works; and a metallic recycling operation positioned in Westport, Massachusetts (“Mid-Metropolis Scrap”), which ART acquired in reference to Ember’s funding.
