Adani Group has made a big transfer by buying leasehold rights to a 25-acre land parcel within the Pimpri industrial zone inside Pune’s Haveli locality. The land, which was beforehand owned by Finolex Industries, was secured for about INR 471 Crore. The Adani Group’s subsidiary, Terravista Builders intends to develop a big information middle on this land.

The land transaction was accomplished on Wednesday, April 3, with Terravista Builders paying a stamp responsibility of over INR 23.52 Crore for registration. Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) initially leased the land to Swastik Rubber Products, which later transferred the leasehold rights to Finolex Group entities.

This strategic acquisition aligns with the Group’s broader information middle initiatives. Their information middle enterprise is led by AdaniConneX, a three way partnership between Adani Enterprises and the US-based international hyperscale information middle supplier EdgeConneX.
